ARE YOU READY FOR SOME LOGIC?

ISSUE ONE: CNN is nothing but hardcore opinion.

The “C” in CNN could stand for “comical.” Sometimes I scream at the network, but most times I laugh at it. Following the second acquittal of Donald Trump, the network was in full denial mode.

The very idea that constitutional rights such as freedom of speech could apply to someone they hate as much as Trump was anathema to them. They can’t stop whining about it. On the other hand, they’re not reporting much about New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, the brother of their biggest primetime star, Chris Cuomo, who is in big trouble over his COVID response.

The network is based on left-wing opinion – not news. Yet, this is the very thing they accuse FOX News of doing – especially on “Reliable Sources” where host Brian Stelter ought to set aside some time to report on CNN’s handing of the Cuomo story.

ISSUE TWO: What the Capitol protesters wanted to prevent.

I wasn’t there, and if I had been, there is no way I would have participated in the violence. Far too many people got the mob mentality and did things they knew were wrong. Why did they do it? What were they afraid might happen if Trump wasn’t reelected?

Well – look at what HAS happened.

When Biden took over, he began to undo all the great things that Trump accomplished. He immediately cancelled the Keystone XL Pipeline killing hundreds and perhaps thousands of jobs. He got us back into the insane Paris Climate Accords. He is ruining women’s sports by allowing biological males to compete with girls. He’s put the nation at risk for COVID and terrorism by opening our borders and reversing commonsense travel bans. Protesters shouldn’t have stormed the Capitol, but this is why they did it.

ISSUE THREE: Democrats want to make the weather colder.

Think about that when you spin out on ice or have to repair broken pipes. John Kerry flies all over the world in his private jet to tell people not to fly all over the world in their privates jets. That’s so we can stop Global Warming and make the planet colder.

Think back a few years to when left-wing elites were warning about what they called “the coming ice age.” That didn’t pan out, and the crisis morphed into global warming. When that didn’t pan out, it became simply Climate Change – a catchall term that covers any adverse weather event. The icy blasts of February 2021 should be a lesson.

We cannot control the weather, and if we could, we might regret the idea of making it colder. Twilight Zone covered this quite well in an episode called “The Midnight Sun.” We’d be better off to butt out of weather control.
