Democrats planning to make Trump’s life a living hell if they win
Democrats are expecting a red wave in the mid-terms. If they get it, they’re locked, loaded, and ready to destroy President Donald Trump, his family, his cabinet, and anyone associated with him.
This time, it’s about hate and revenge.
Trump has beaten them on most issues, and they’ve had only the courts to use against him. But if you think the lawfare against Trump that has taken place so far is outrageous, wait until the Democrats retake House and possibly the Senate as well.
Losing the House of Representatives would probably be enough to get him impeached, and losing both houses might get him jailed. If they win, expect hearings and impeachments of several cabinet secretaries including Pete Hegseth and Robert Kennedy. The stakes are high in this election, and Donald Trump knows it.

What might happen if the Democrat win both the House and the Senate?
Here’s a short list of left-wing grievances that the Democrats will jump on if they get full control of the Congress:
- Immigration issues such as border security and ICE tactics will come to the forefront. Democrats might open the border like Biden did, and they might try to abolish ICE.
- They would hold constant hearings in both chambers, with a key element being the heavy-handed tactics of ICE that Democrats object to. They’ll reopen the cases of two protesters who were shot and killed, Renee Good and Alex Pretti.
- They’ll investigate potential civil rights violations of detained illegals who have been deported to countries they aren’t from.
- They’ll investigate alleged huge sums of money that the Trump family has made while Trump has been in the White House, although that issue did not matter to them under Joe Biden.
- They will investigate every single one of Trump’s pet projects to include the (Trump)-Kennedy Canter, the Reflecting Pool, the Arch, the Big Beautiful Ballroom, the Destruction of the East Wing of the White House, private funding of the 250th anniversary celebrations, and the shuttering of the U.S. Agency for International Development.
- They will also hold hearings on gifts such as the Qatar jetliner that was retro-fitted as Air Force One, and the Trumps’ acknowledging that Donald Trump Jr.’s wedding was partially underwritten by a Russian Oligarch.
You might have heard that there are some members of the Trump cabinet that the Left particularly hates. They already have a notch in their belt with the removal of Kristy Noem as head of Homeland Security.
With new powers, they would likely impeach and try to remove Pete Hegseth as Secretary of Defense/War, and Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. as Secretary of Health and Human Services.

This is just a start.
According to the Associated Press, several prominent Democrats already have plans in the works to go after Trump and everything he stands for. According to the AP, several are ready to roll if the leadership falls into their hands:

“There is a cost to the American people of the out-of-control corruption,” said Democratic leader Hakeem Jeffries of New York, who is in line to become House speaker if Democrats win control at the Capitol.

Jamie Raskin, D-Md., who is in line to become the chairman of the Judiciary Committee, characterized the issues involved as “gargantuan.”

Robert Garcia of California, the top Democrat now on the Oversight and Government Reform Committee, has outlined five priorities, including Trump family business dealings, the administration’s handling of the Jeffrey Epstein investigation and ICE operations.

The top Democrat on the House Foreign Affairs Committee, Rep. Gregory Meeks of New York, whose jurisdiction includes the State Department, said the committee plans to investigate Trump’s international dealings, including around the Iran war.

Jared Huffman of California, the ranking Democrat at the Natural Resources Committee, which oversees the Interior Department and its National Park Service operations, has begun digging into Trump’s “vanity projects,” including the demolition of the White House’s East wing for a new ballroom and the president’s proposed arch.
This is why the mid-term elections of 2026 stand out as the most consequential in a while.

Conservative Republicans and logical Democrats must stand together – even if they don’t like Trump—or Ken Paxton.
As high as the stake are for the President, our country is also facing a turning point. The Democrat Socialists of America are flexing their muscle and could send more people to Congress and to high offices in cities and states. This country is already dealing with Congresswoman Ilhan Omar, who (to me) appears to hate our country and our culture, and New York Mayor Zohran Mamdani. Austin Congressman Greg Casar is a Squad member and among the most radical members. Voting in more people like them would do great damage.
That’s why I was proud of Angela Paxton who, while not mentioning Ken Paxton’s name, says that people must vote for the office and not the man. She means that Ken Paxton is the better man to send to the U.S. Senate, even with his baggage.
This is a lesson that U.S. Senator John Cornyn ought to heed. Cornyn’s grudges against Paxton are not important in the overall picture, and his current status as a sore loser is becoming a legacy he may regret. He lost to Paxton. It happens in elections. If James Talarico wins and becomes Texas’ junior U.S. senator, how is Cornyn going to feel?
Talarico is the most oddball candidate ever to run for statewide office in Texas (IMHO) and that says a lot. His fascination with trans-youth, his wacky statements about God and Christianity notwithstanding, he would be another Mamdani type once in office. He keeps trying to roll back prior comments, but we all know what he stands for. So does Sen. Cornyn. A similar thing is going on in Michigan with Abdul Ed-Sayed.

This election should transcend Donald Trump.
This election is about what America wants to be, and what it might become in the hands of a Democratic Party that has turned inane. Trump’s peccadilloes can be dealt with after he’s out of office, and (hopefully) Ron DeSantis is sworn in as the next president. Trump has done things that are (shall we say) less than perfect. But he secured the border. He’s made at least a dent in the deportation effort that is needed in the wake of Biden’s open borders. He has neutered the ayatollahs in Iran.
The Democrats are ready to go after him. But if they win, we may have a Senator Talarico and a Senator Ed-Sayed. We might get totally open borders again – as Biden gave us. The Democrats might send pallets of money to the Iranians as Obama did. We might find ourselves back in the bad old days of the LBGTQ agenda with men playing in women’s sports. We might even see America turn to socialism, and have our healthcare system run by an incompetent government.
